Serdang, 11 April 2018- University Community Transformation Centre (UCTC) , Universiti Putra Malaysia serves as the driving force for transferring knowledge from the university to the field and establishing a strategic network with stakeholders.

On April 10, 2018, UCTC UPM has invited agencies from RISDA to establish strategic cooperation and discussion with RISDA in the development and transfer of knowledge programs and other appropriate programs. A total of 8 delegates from RISDA attended the UCTC UPM led by YBhg. Dato 'Nasarudin bin Malek, Deputy Director General of Development, RISDA.

Also present at the meeting were PTJ from UPM, representatives from the Faculty of Agriculture, Universiti Putra Malaysia, Faculty of Economics and Management, Universiti Putra Malaysia, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Biotechnology and Biomolecular Sciences, UPM Alumni Centre, Institute of Tropical Agriculture & Food Security - ITAFoS , UPM, and Putra Science Park UPM.
