PUTRA Outreach Bus

PUTRA Outreach Bus is one of the joint programs of community-based advisory and consultancy services to directly reach out to the farming community. Through this approach, outreach services in the relevant fields can be provided to the target groups in selected areas. University outreach programs are implemented in a smart partnership between UPM entities in the agricultural clusters and relevant local agencies.

UPM extension program through PUTRA Outreach Bus is the result of a continuation of development activities that have been carried out by UPM in solving agriculture-related problems faced by the target groups and development agencies in several places around the country.


 

 

Putra Outreach Bus is a moving vehicle concept that is equipped with diagnostic equipment such as a mini-laboratory, reference materials, and discussion space. In addition, the program will be accompanied by agricultural specialist clinics, exhibitions, and methods demonstration to the relevant community.
