1. Established and strengthen linkages and strategic alliances with public and private institutions within and outside the country through community transformation activities;
2. Strengthen various fields of organized and focused extension program, entrepreneurship, and professional advancement/training;
3. Established and strengthening community involvement through program development, entrepreneurship, and professional development in various fields of organized and focused;
4. Coordinated programs/activities in collaboration with the community transformation UPM and concerned stakeholders; and
5. Coordinated and managed the Knowledge Transfer Grant Program relevant to community transformation.
