Starting 2014 is the first year of special provision given, high returns or outcomes to the community are expected. Principles of program selection are as follows:
Low cost- Use of minimal cost from traditional methods
Rapid Execution- Realizes the impact quickly within 3-6 months
High Impact- Contribute to the people
Sustainability of Change - Repetition and change in culture
The allocation allocation to PTJ UPM is based on the program / activity that has been identified according to NBOS principle ie LHRS. Hence, focus will be given to UPM PTJ with a signature program and flagship program based on five (5) UCTC initiatives and NBOS principles.
Each beneficiary is required to report on the expenditure of the activity as well as the program and the impact of the program a week after a program / activity is completed to UCTC UPM and the NBOS secretariat, MOE in the format provided.
