Client Charter and Stakeholders

We, UCTC UPM's staff are committed to excellence through the implementation of quality in professional services to meet the expectations of our customers by ensuring that:

  1. Processing applications for training programs / community / industry within 7 working days after receiving a complete application;
  2. At least 80 percent of participants participating in training / community programs are satisfied with the operation;
  3. Feedback customer / client communication notified within 3 working days.

Youth community
  • Provide courses and training for agriculture, livestock and entrepreneurial extension sectors.
  • Conduct strategic cooperation with local agencies, governments and the private sector to assist the youth community.
Local community
  • Provide courses and training for agriculture, livestock and entrepreneurial extension sectors.
  • Conduct strategic cooperation with local agencies, governments and the private sector to assist the local community.
Agricultural community
  • Provide platform connecting university specialists with agricultural communities.
  • Provide courses and training for agriculture, agribusiness and entrepreneurship sectors.
  • Strive for strategic cooperation with local agencies, governments and the private sector to assist the agricultural community.
 Cancer community
  • Provide platform connecting university specialists with cancer communities.
  • Strive for strategic cooperation with local agencies, governments and the private sector to assist the cancer community.
Aboriginal community
  • Provide platform connecting university specialists with aboriginal communities
  • Provide courses and training for agriculture, livestock and entrepreneurial extension sectors.
  • Strive for strategic cooperation with local agencies, governments and the private sector to assist the aboriginal community.
Senior citizen
  • Provide courses and training for agriculture, livestock and entrepreneurial extension sectors.
  • Strive for strategic cooperation with local agencies, governments and the private sector to assist the senior citizen.
Child education Organizes useful and interesting activities during school holidays such as the agriculture literacy program, personal safety (at home and road) etc.
UPM’s Staff
  • Obtain immediate and efficient service from the secretariat if it has problems with the system or verification of ICRIS data
  • Participate in the completion of JINM achievement in ICRIS data collection
  • Obtained a JINM research grant to carry out JINM activities or projects
UPM’s student and alumni Conducting courses and training to UPM’s students and alumni on entrepreneurial and extension
Relevant ministries and agencies Conduct strategic cooperation with relevant ministries and agencies for community development programs
Industries and NGOs Conduct strategic cooperation with relevant industries and NGOs for community development programs
